Busy Defines Carrie Underwood These Days
Carrie Underwood is definitely a busy gal these days. Her latest accomplishment is being named Entertainer or the Year at this year's Country Music Awards. To most people this would be enough of an honor but leave it to Underwood to top that by being the 1st woman to be named Entertainer of the Year 2 years straight!
According to People Magazine and Carrie herself, she is looking forward to her marriage to Ottawa Senators Hockey player Mike Fisher. She is very tight-lipped about the details but admits the wedding dress is already designed and in progress. Nothing has been said about who the wedding planner is or even if there is one.
Underwood was recently seen in New York City promoting her favorite project which is Pedigree Adoption Program the main aim being to find loving homes for animals. Speaking of animals, according to Carrie her 'four-legged child' Ace will be in the wedding.
No date has been set yet for the wedding but it appears that instead of wedding cake there will be cupcakes which have already been ordered, the wedding dress is in progress, wedding bands are said to be being designed by a special jeweler friend and according to Underwood, all she wants is food, family and the “I Do” part!
Rumor has it the wedding will take place at a church in the bride's hometown of Checotah, Okla.
